CUSTOM ORDERS:

All custom orders require full deposit up front. Please allow 2-4 weeks per order. If you would like to custom order, please email: leora.leather@gmail.com 
Commission clients will be provided with terms and conditions.

Please note every custom order is priced accordingly due to design & materials. I do my best to replicate pieces as close as possible but please keep in mind, these are not machine produced and will have slight variations each time. Images may look different on screens so please consider this when ordering.

RETURNS:

Please email prior to purchasing for any questions to ensure an accurate order, I'm happy to answer all questions! 

Returns are acceptable within 5 days. Please email leora.leather@gmail.com to start a return.

No returns on sale items or custom items. 

MADE-TO-ORDER:

I'm always happy to let you know when items are ''in stock now'' because I hand make limited quantities of all my products. Some items you order may be '' back ordered.''

What does that mean?

Back order means your item is made to order. I know in this fast fashion world that waiting for you item can be difficult. You might wonder why I don't produce more upfront. 

I believe in quality over quantity. 

The fashion industry is one of the largest contributors to landfills. By made-to-order fulfillment I can be sure that I don't use resources to produce something that may never find a forever home. In addition I can funnel my available funds towards what matters most maintaining quality and care for each piece.

In addition to not over- producing, I guarantee that I will repair, resolve any item for the duration of it's life. I want you to love your purchase while feeling good about supporting a brand that is trying to make smart decisions.
